Adana Kebab Recipe: 1 kg lamb meat (with tail fat) 200g lamb tail fat 1 red bell pepper 2 tbsp hot pepper paste 1 tbsp soaked chili flakes 10g salt per kg of meat Grind the meat and fat, blend with spices, and mold onto cold cast-iron skewers. Grill over hot coals.
