Firefighter Fran on Air

During the East Coast CrossFit Challenge, Fred Gokey from the Troy Fire Department did Firefighter Fran on air. He had 40 minutes of oxygen and went through it in just about 5 minutes. If I ever have a fire, this is who I want to show up.
