Single-Leg to Double-Leg Takedown for MMA

Coach Vince shows us how to chain attacks, going from a single-leg to a double-leg takedown. Previously, we covered how to finish the single-leg with a dump, but sometimes it’s hard to get your opponent down if they’re defending with head pressure and a leveraging whizzer.
