My absurd Apple Store repair experience

Apple wants to vector away from Intel Macs, which isn’t news, but they’re leaving the most dedicated Mac users or professionals in the lurch. I’ve been sitting on this for quite some time and finally decided to make the video about my absurd Apple store experience. This is a short rant I’ve had for a while, and I debated posting it. I can’t help feeling Apple left Mac Pro 2019 owners holding the bag and treating them badly. Apple still has not supported the AMD 7000 series GPUs, aka Navi 31, which is AMD’s 5 nm Chiplet technology; they were released one year ago, December 13th, 2022. Not long ago, my Mac Pro 2019 reported a fan issue in diagnostic mode.... and this is the wackiness. that followed.
