Iran has launched 102 missiles at Israel in a revenge rocket blitz for the invasion of Lebanon.
Explosions can be heard in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv tonight as the projectiles are shot down by Israeli air defences and others smash into the ground.
Air raid sirens are ringing out across the country as Israelis are sheltering in their homes and under bridges.
