Tiger APCs For Russia’s Chechen Militia | China Takes West For Ride With Neutral Vow In Ukraine War?

Chinese-origin “Tiger” Armored Personnel Carriers (APCs) were spotted with pro-Russian military forces for the first time. On June 7, Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov showed a video flaunting what he called the “new vehicles” purchased for Chechen units. The footage showed over eight “Tiger” armored personnel carriers manufactured by Shaanxi Baoji Special Vehicles. The armoured vehicles seen in the footage were unarmed, although they did have weapon mounts. This is the first visual proof that Russian-allied troops fighting the war against Ukraine are using Chinese military vehicles.
