In today’s karate lesson we are learning all 3 Tekki Kata of Shotokan Karate. The main feature technique of this kata is Kiba Dachi, otherwise known as horse stance. It is imperative that one displays strong hip power, due to the fact that this kata is only performed moving laterally in one stance.
