1️⃣ High Pull 2️⃣ Bottom’s up Thruster 3️⃣ Snatch to Lunge 4️⃣ Windmill 5️⃣ Figure 8 (slingshot) The bottoms up thruster can get a little hairy so if you go you’ll be ok. If you finding you’re going way too light then switch to a standard squat press. I Used a 24kg for this and it was plenty. Performed 10 sets of 1 minute.
