Intense workout combining cardio “power“ moves with strength for arms and core. Ten moves, ten minutes per round with a 40/20 interval. Lots of cueing and visual instruction. Suitable for most fitness levels. Make it more challenging by doing multiple rounds. Try to work up to three rounds for a heart pounding, muscle burning 30 minute workout!
