Try out this Ekadashi Special Mango kesar Peda which is a mouth melting delightful sweet having the sweetness of mangoes and royal flavours of saffron.
Servings - 15 Mango Kesar Peda
Ingredients:
2 rippened kesar mango (1 ½ cup mango puree )
7 to 8 saffron strands soaked in ¼ cup hot milk for 1 hour
200 gm khova
( )
¼ tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp powdered sugar
Garnish it with some crushed almonds, Pistachios and dried rose petals
