Nafnaf Elem Shaman PvP

How is 1000 DPS put to use in outdoor PvP? Gear is introduced as part of the intro in the movie. All gem slots are filled with 8 Spell Crit gems. 43% Spell Crit with Lightning Bolt and 780 Spell Damage with Lightning Bolt.
