My favorite Japanese sardine dish(Kabayaki). Crispy and delicious!

Hello everyone! I’m Ryusei. Today, I introduced Iwashi no kabayaki(鰯の蒲焼き). If I have a chance to make a meal, I may select this dish. This dish is so delicious and similar to Unagi(eel). Recipe Sardines    6 ~Sauce~ Soy sauce   30 grams Tamari shoyu  10 grams Mirin      30 grams Sake      30 grams Sugar     15 grams ※If you use regular soy sauce, please use 40 grams of soy sauce.
