ZEF DEMOLISHES THE 10-10-10+1 Calisthenics Challenge!

Zef Completed the 10-10-10 1 calisthenics challenge at Wingate park made by fellow Bar Barian Saibov. The goal is to perform 10 muscle ups, 10 straight bar dips, 10 pullups and 1 muscle up in under 60 seconds. Zef is no stranger to fast pace high volume routines. This is the mecca of street workout.
