Soya Chaap is cooked into creamy and mildly spiced flavourful masala which is made with rich malai or milk cream. #malaisoyachaap #soyachaap #easyrecipe #tandoorisoyachaap #youtube #healthyrecipes Ingredients Quantity Soya Chaap 5 to 6 pieces Ginger Garlic paste 1tbsp Black Pepper powder ½ tsp Lemon juice ½ tsp salt to taste Processed cheese 1 cup Corn starch 1 tbsp White pepper powder 1 tsp cardamom Powder 1 tsp Nutmeg powder ½ tsp Salt to taste Cream 1 cup Chopped green chilli 2 to 3 no chopped green chillies 2 tsp Oil 1 tbsp 1 tsp Chaat masala for garnish red chilli powder for garnish Method • In a bowl take soya chaap and remove the sticks from the , add ginger garlic paste , balck pepper powder , lemon juice, salt and mix it well ,First marinate :- marinate the soya chaap and keep is aside • In a plate thal take processed cheese corn starch , white pepper powder , cardamom powder , nutmeg powder , salt to taste , cream , green chillies and some chopped coriander and mix it well , now add the soya chaap and second marination :- marinate it well again and keep is aside for 20 to 25 mins • Pre heat the oven for 220 degree c for 10 min ,In an oven tray add oil , brush the tray properly add the soya chaap again add oil from top and put it in the oven, let it cook for 10 mins , will remove it and again apply the leftover marination to the chaap n let it cook again in the oven for more 8 to 10 mins . • Once is finally cooked remove it in a serving plate sprinkle chaat masala and red chilli powder and serve hot .
