Ingredient Quantity
For Salad:
Cabbage cut into julienne ¼ no.
Carrot cut into julienne 1 no.
Salt 1 Tsp
Vinegar 1 Tbsp
For Chicken Kheema
Brown onion 1 no.
Coriander powder 1 Tbsp
Red chilli powder 1½ Tsp
Garam masala powder 1 Tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ Tsp
Green cardamom powder ¼ Tsp
Black pepper crushed ½ Tsp
Garlic chopped 1 Tsp
Ginger chopped 1 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Roasted chana dal powder 2 Tbsp
Chicken kheema ½ kg.
Mint leaves 1 Tbsp
Coriander chopped 1 Tbsp
For Roti:
Wheat Flour 2 Cup
Coriander chopped 1 Tbsp
Turmeric powder ¼ Tsp
Salt to taste
Water as required
Oil 1 Tsp for cooing
For assembling:
Green capsicum cut
into julienne 1 no.
Onion ring 1no.
Chaat masala for sprinkle
Red chilli powder for sprinkle
Red chilli sauce 1 Tbsp
Tandoori mayonnaise 1 Tbsp
Creamy mayonnaise 1 Tbsp
Method:
1. Take cabbage, carrot, salt and vinegar in bowl, mix well and keep it aside.
2. Take grinder jar, add brown onion, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, green cardamom power, black pepper crushed, garlic chopped, ginger chopped, salt, roasted chana dal powder and chicken kheema and grind well.
3. Add chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves and mix well. Keep t aside.
4. Take mixing bowl, add wheat flour, coriander chopped, turmeric powder, salt and water, mix well and make soft dough.
5. Add oil and knead the dough once again. Cover with wet muslin cloth and keep it aside.
6. Sprinkle some dry flour over the chopping board, take on portion of dough flatten it with hands and further use a rolling pin to make a roti,
7. Heat tawa on medium heat, place the roti on it and cook from both the side for 20 sec.
8. Add little oil; cook the roti briefly on both the sides for roughly 30-40 seconds on each side.
9. Remove in plate and keep it aside.
10. Dip your hand in water, take one portion of chicken kheema and roll it to make seekh kebab shape.
11. Heat grill pan on medium flame, place the seekh kebab on it.
12. Add 1 tbsp of oil and grill the seekh from all sides until golden brown in color
13. Remove in plate and keep it aside.
14. Place the paratha on chopping board and add prepared cabbage salad over it, add green capsicum, onion ring, Sprinkle chaat masala, red chilli powder.
15. Add red chilli sauce, tandoori mayonnaise, creamy mayonnaise on top of the sald.
16. Place the chicken seekh kebabs, and roll it.
17. Grill the prepared Frankie on hot tava.
18. Remove in a plate, wrap it with paper and serve hot.
