Mutton Sukka , a spicy & dry mutton pieces coats well with flavored Indian can be served along with biryani or with rice & can serve this as starters for adherent fans of mutton. #muttonsukkarecipe #muttonrecipe #muttonkorma #easyrecipe #youtube #chefharpalsingh Ingredients Quantity Oil 1 tsp Dry red chilli 6 no Coriander seeds 1 tbsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Black pepper 1 tsp Fennel seeds ¼ tsp Cinnamon sticks 1 small Cardamom seeds 5 no Clove 4 to 5 no Grated coconut ½ cup Water as required Oil 1 tbsp Chopped onion 2 no Curry leaves 3 strings Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tbsp Mutton ½ kg Salt to taste Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp Garam masala 1 tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Chopped ginger ½ tsp Chopped green chilli 2 no Water as required Method Fried green chilli and curry leaves for garnish In a kadhai add oil , dry red chilli , coriander seeds , cumin seeds , black pepper , fennel seeds , cinnamon seeds , cardamom seeds , cloves , grated coconut and dry roast it . once it’s dry roasted remove it in a mixer grinder add water as required and grind it in to a fine paste.
