peri apical

patient had nonvital 11 , for which rct was started. he left with incomplete rct and an open canal. after few months he returned with a large periapical pathology , with a obstruction in canal. obstruction was apparent on surgery a wooden splinter was found in canal , extending into periapical reigon.
