- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dumpling wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the shredded carrot, cabbage, chopped broccoli, green onion, and mushrooms. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
