This engineering structure, designed by the Soviet engineer and builder - Reisher Moisey Veniaminovich, was included in many domestic and foreign publications and textbooks as an example of avant-garde architecture. Today it is an international non-commercial project initiated by the PODELNIKI art group to save the White Tower. Now there is an active fundraising for the reconstruction of the building. Локацией для это выпуска стал памятник архитектуры конструктивизма - Белая Башня, а именно техническое помещение под баком. Эта водонапорная башня несёт за собой огромную историю с 1929-31 годов. Это инженерное сооружение, спроектированное советским инженером- строителем - Рейшер Моисеем Вениаминовичем, вошло во многие отечественные и зарубежные издания и учебники как образец авангардной архитектуры. На сегодняшний день — это международный некоммерческий проект, инициированный арх-группой PODELNIKI для спасения Белой Башни. Сейчас идёт активный сбор средств на реконструкцию здания.
