This instrument was built in June 2011. The clicking heard while attacking the notes is the sound of the touch switch, which is a microswitch whose clicks are heard only by the performer. They are not electrical clicks that might otherwise be passed through to the amplifier. This instrument has a range of about 4 1/2 octaves with flat frequency response.
