Endangered Giant River Otter Pups

On March 28, 2015, our giant river otter family welcomed three new pups. The two males and one female join their juvenile siblings born in September 2014. Historically there has been a high infant mortality rate for giant otters in captivity so these two litters are very exciting occurrence for the LA Zoo and zoo community at large.
