Training 04112012 - 245kg squat, 155kg x 5 bench, 300kg deadlift

Quads not working today after hammering them all week so knee travel was a bit limited. Bench - biggest set of 5 since my pec tear, and in fact only 5kg less than my all time best. This is back on track. Deadlift - felt slow for 300kg but I’m trying to do it with a flat back at the moment and this is the most I have done like this. There will be more there when I use my usual technique.
