10 MIN ABS WORKOUT - Gentle Killer | Gigi De Lacroix
This routine is a combination of soft & hard exercises that’s why I called it gentle killer :)) It’s medium and advanced level but you should try it anyway!
Also this workout rather intense. But you should control every movement.
Remember:
- keep your back on the floor
- squeeze the abs
- inhale and exhale
