Tapeshnik Pt.5: Custom mechanism

This is a branch of the main project which is about building a custom tape mechanism that would be better suitable for what Tapeshnik is about. It’s going to be less like a traditional cassette player and more like a data tape drive. Full spindle control, no capstan. It is designed using parts that are available today, or can be manufactured using online services.
