Which rod is best for trout fishing? Best trout rod? I Don’t think there is the best rod, it’s an individual opininion based on personal likes and personal way of fishing. Is this Tenryu Rayz Spectra rod the best you can get for trout fishing? I don’t know, for me it is at this moment. That is my most expensive and most premium rod I ever had. And from what I ever held in my hands - it is the best. What I like: 1. Very flexible tip, middle part sturdier and butt part is very sturdy. That is exactly what i was looking for and was hoping before i bought it. 2. Super accurate in casting. 3. Super sensitive. 4. Pleasure to fight small fish and has plenty power to fight giant trout. What I don’t like: In short time of using it I can’t see any bad things yet. Maybe will be able to recognise some of them after full season of use.
