Jump Through Variations

This was fun! You guys thank me, but I’m the one who should be thanking you. 🙏 Just to recap: so far I have covered a number of different jump through options: 1 The step and cross walk through. 2 The hop and cross slide through. 3 The jump and cross (point the feet) through. 4 The jump (crossedanklesdorsiflexed feet) thru. 5 The jump (feet parallel and dorsiflexed) thru. 6 The fast straight leg jump through. 7 The slow straight leg jump through. And then I was feeling soxy so I put on some socks to show you one on my favourite drills for getting the last part of the jump back, where a lot of women (is it PC to say that?🤔) get stuck - the part from Lolasana (straight arms) to Chaturanga (bent arms). We need to either get rid of the yoga mat or the yoga mat companies need to create a ’slidey’ mat instead of a sticky mat. Music 🎶 A cover of a cover...
