Shanxi Flood: Aggravate China’s Electricity Shortage/No warning & + million people displaced

Shanxi flood updates: More than million people displaced. Flood caused houses to collapse and triggered landslides in more than 70 districts and cities in the province. According to a news release by the Shanxi government, as of Oct. 9th, numerous production projects in Shanxi province were shut down, including 60 coal mines and 372 non-coal mines.
