125 Lb seated curls (Pushing past boundaries)

Today was the first day I have ever done five seated curls with 125 pounds of iron trying to keep gravity down. I’ve never been the type of person to lift for strength but ever since I’ve been on my Herbalife nutrition plan I’ve been on #HulkSmashBeastMode allday everyday. It’s beyond awesome waking up every day feeling like a superhero. My energy is bananas, my stamina is bananas, my strength is bananas, my speed is off the scale. Five reps was my first goal DID THAT!!! now my next goal is 10 reps LETS GOO
