This is the Caveman Lunge, one of the most advanced reverse #lunge #variations you can do with weights. The lunge and press is not actually a press, if you get it right it’s more of a jerk, coming under the weight. Clean and rack your kettlebell weight. Focus. Lunge back, drop one weight, decelerate with the legs, come under the other weight and press out.
