Ingredients:
• 2 cups (450ml) Whipping cream.
• 2 cups (450g) Mascarpone cheese
• ¼ cup sugar
• 2 tbsp espresso or strong Coffee
• 2 cups hot Water
• 1 pack Ladyfinger/Savoiardi
• Dark grated chocolate(optional)
• Coco powder for dusting the top
Method:
1- Take 2 cups of hot water & add coffee in it. Mix it and keep it aside.
2- Beat whipping cream with a beater for 2-3 minutes, then add mascarpone cheese & sugar in it. Again, beat it until stiff peaks form.
3- Take a dish and dip ladyfingers/savoiardi in coffee mixture (just a quick dunk, otherwise they will break) and place them in a dish in layers.
4- Spread half of the cream mixture on the top of 1st layer of savoiardi and grate some dark chocolate on top of it. Repeat the process with the 2nd layer of savoiardi and cream mixture. 5- Dust the top with coco powder using a sieve and some grated dark chocolate.
6- Refrigerate for 6-8 hours (it is a perfect make -ahead dessert.)
