How to make semiya Upma
Ingredients:
Semiya/ Vermicelli -1 cup
Water-1&1/2 cup
Peanut-2 tablespoon ( more or less as per your choice)
Carrot ( chopped)- 2 tablespoon
Onion( Finely chopped)-1/4 cup
Green peas- 2 tablespoon ( I used frozen)
Green chillies ( Finely chopped)-1-2 ( as per your taste)
Salt- to taste
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
Mustard seeds-1/4 teaspoon
Urad daal-1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves
Dried chilli-1 or 2
Ghee/ Oil- 1&1/2 tablespoon
