You should not be training at heights at all unless you understand how to control your descent in all common falling scenarios.
Clément Dumais shows us a great example of the backwards fall off a ledge. He isn’t completely precise with guiding to a desired two foot landing, but uses an assisted dive roll to deal with the small over rotation. Don’t neglect practicing this before training at heights!
