Macindoe Vaginoplasty with amnion graft - Prof. Hazem Sammour

20 years old female patient came complaining of failure of penetration during intercourse, on examination she showed blind vaginal pouch, U/S , MRI showed absent uterus , Karyotyping showed XX chromosomes , IVP was done and it was normal , she was diagnosed as (mullerian agenesis) and underwent Macindoe Vaginoplasty with amnion graft
