40 min Muscle Building Dumbbell Workout ( NO Repeat | COMPOUND GIANT SET + ABS )

In this 40 min Muscle Building Dumbbell Workout we will have 2x blocks of compound Abdominals exercises. Each block contains 5x Giant-sets with 4x exercises specifically focusing on a certain major muscle group in the form of a compound exercise to increase the effectiveness of the workout. We will perform each exercise for 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest and a 20 seconds rest between each Giant Set. After the first block there will be a 60 second water-Break. Block 01 Giant set 01 - Back Giant set 02 - Chest Giant set 03 - Legs Giant set 04 - Back Giant set 05 - Chest Water-Break Block 02 Giant set 06 -Legs Giant set 07 - Back Giant set 08 - Chest Giant set 09 -Legs Giant set 10 - Mixture of all the Major Muscles The weights of my dumbbells for this workout are: 2x 5KG 2x 10KG 2x 18KG In case you want to increase the intensity of the workout you can use heavier weights and if you like to increase the volume, you can do this routine for 2x rounds in a row (Based on your fitness level).
