【HIYASHI CHUKA】How to make Japanese cold nutritional balance! 英語と日本語で王道の冷やし中華を作る。
Today, I made Hiyashi chuka. (Japanese healthy cold ramen).
It has a good nutritional balance.
The recipe is also easier than ramen, so you can easily make it in your house☺️
Full recipe
ucumber 10slice/30g/1oz
Ham 20g/
Crab stick 30g/1oz
Tomato 50g/
Egg 1
Shrimp 30g/1oz
Sugar 1tablespoon
Vinegar 1tablespoon
Soy sauce 1tablespoon
Sesame oil 1teaspoon
Lemon juice 1teaspoon
Water 2teaspoon
Ramen noodles 120g/
① Shred cucumber, ham, tomato and crab stick
② Boil the shrimp
③ Make a thin omelet and cut into julienne
④ Put these ingredients in the refrigerator
⑤ Mix the sauce (soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, lemon, water)
⑥ Boil the noodles and wash them with ice water.
⑦Put noodles on a plate, put vegetables on top, and sprinkle with sauce.
