Leg Extension DIY - Bells of Steel Squat Rack Add-on

A fun project that my Dad and I did over the weekend. We wanted to build it in the gym to make sure all the measurements we correct. This is a leg extension add on to my Bells of Steel squat rack. Made completely out of wood except for the pipe that runs across my feet and the bolts that tie everything together, it feels sturdy and likely able to withstand a fair amount of weight. Quads and hamstrings are important muscles for powerlifting and being able to isolate them can be beneficial as an accessory movement. Excited to tear these up and reap the benefits soon.
