TSS Hack Squats

Heres an example of speed squats. We used a safety squat bar with bands and performed as a hack squat. Its kind of gimmicky, but its one of the few gimmicky exercises i really like. Shown is 1 full set (3 clusters) and we will perform 3-4 total sets. Yes this is light weight, but we build from there, I am not trying to show how heavy we can go, only showing a simple variation we use.
