Welcome to the 3rd part of Landmine’s attachments. This simple additional element to the Landmine setup allows for a more convenient and safer grip. It doesn’t change the way we use just a bar but it makes it easier to focus on what’s important during these few movements, instead of worrying about dropping the bar on your head.
Partly joking aside, it really is a very handy sleeve.
In the previous videos, I have demonstrated tons of exercises, so this one is just a brief walk through a couple of movements to give you an idea.
!!! One unique exercise I am using though regularly with my golf athletes, which no other piece of equipment allows me to do is, what I call: Golfer Twist. If you are a golfer or a golf athlete’s coach, you may find it useful.
