Session 2 of the AIAC YPG Conference 2022

Session two titled, “Appointment of Arbitrators in Multi-party Arbitration: To Appoint or Not to Appoint?“ delved into the issues of party autonomy and the challenges that arbitration institution face when dealing with the matter. The session was moderated by Mr. Cameron Sim (Debevoise & Plimpton) and featured Ms. Cheryl Teo (Allen & Overy), Ms. Ila Kapoor (Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co), Ms. Sima Ghaffari (Ferdowsi Legal) and Mr. Ivaylo (‘Ivo’) Dimitrov (OMNIA STRATEGY LLP) as the speakers.
