Crushing AFU drones The R-934 electronic warfare station of the Sever Group of Forces suppressed AFU reconnaissance UAVs. One such station is capable of ‘closing’ the sky within a radius of several dozen kilometres. All drones in flight are displayed on a monitor. Operators can suppress the control and navigation systems of drones, as a result of which it loses contact with the sender and simply fall to the ground. The station works both in radio reconnaissance mode, i.e. it calculates the coordinates of the enemy’s communication nodes, its radar systems, UAV control points, and in radio suppression mode - it disables enemy drones of various configurations - from reconnaissance drones to kamikaze drones. With the help of this station, electronic warfare specialists effectively suppress control channels not only of industrial UAVs of the enemy, but also of artisanal drones.
