It’s been way too long, but I’m officially back! While I’ve been idle from posting any videos or teaching classes I’ve been trying to experiment with different movements and changing my mental state from the norm. I hope this piece gives you a little feel of what I’ve been experimenting on, other than it being my first Trey Songz piece, I was really diggin this song.
