劉家拳 Lau Gar Kuen (animation video)

Originally a Mok Gar set, GM Lam Jo learned this from a kung fu brother with Mok Gar skills. This persons family name was Lau hence he called the set Lau Gar Kuen. This set was later exchanged between kung fu brothers/Lam Sai Wing students thats why many hung family´s have it in their curriculum.
