劉家拳 Lau Gar Kuen FREE INSTRUCTIONAL

Lau Gar Kuen 劉家拳 is a set that derives from the Mok Gar Style. A Student of Lam Sai Wing, and also kung fu brother to Grandmaster Lam Jo with the Family Name Lau showed this mok gar set to Lam Jo. He liked it so much that he took that set and added the hung gar flavor; bodymechanics and footwork to it and included it to the hung kuen named after his hing dai so it became Lau Gar Kuen (not related to the Lau Gar style or the Lau Family (Lau Jaam ) )… Sifu Wong Chung Man taught this set back in 2014 to students at the Bo Faat Mo Gwoon in Hannover,Germany. Instructional Videos are better for reference its adviced to seek for a good teacher. If in Hongkong look for Sifu Wong Chung Man.
