Beautiful, unique and precious the national park is home to a diverse amount of flora and fauna including the world’s rarest pheasant - The Western Tragopan, which had never been filmed in the wild in India. Over two years our team saw the tragopan 4 times and managed to get the first ever video documentation of the pheasant in the wild. GHNP is currently in the final stages of a five-year process being evaluated for UNESCO World Heritage Site inscription.
