Ulam prime steel drum

I was inspired to make this piece by the lovely steel drum work of Irina Sidorova Every prime numbered frequency audible to humans arranged in an Ulam links (grey lines) are spatially neighboring primes frequencies . They are played with five mallets higher frequencies with shorter durations following notes selected by links with big changes coming at set time intervals. As a frequency is used it has a chance of “wearing out“ and falling from use. since each not is a prime numbered fequen
