Space-X Falcon 9 VAFB

Launch of the first Vandenberg AFB Space-X Falcon 9 on Sept. 29, 2013 from a location 4.1 miles North East of Pad SLC-4E on Renwick Avenue off Ocean. Payload was Cassiope satellite and several smaller payloads. Small puffs from 1st Stage after staging are supposedly to orient the booster for a “controlled“ water landing.
