Concrete Utopia

After a devastating earthquake whose cause and extent of destruction is unknown, in the heart of Seoul there is only one residential building left that was able to withstand. It’s called the Hong Apartments. As time goes by, strangers start coming to this long-standing building trying to escape the extreme cold. It did not take long for the apartment residents to become unable to cope with the increasing numbers of displaced people. Feeling threatened to their survival, residents take special action to get rid of the danger
