Shigesato Itoi wanted to make people happy, so he wrote you this album. He wasn’t a musician and he needed a lot of help, but Keiichi Suzuki and the Moonriders were there to make it happen. Suzuki, who would later compose two soundtracks of Itoi’s fantastic Mother (or Earthbound) video game trilogy, collaborated closely with him in arranging the material.
