LAPD Code 3: Officer Needs Help

Canoga Park, CA - San Fernando Valley Sherman Way January 2018 - Evening An officer of the LAPD (Topanga Division) is flagged down by a citizen at a McDonalds. Apparently a transient, high on narcotics, had jumped the counter and started a physical altercation with the employees. The officer called for help and several local police responded. The Los Angeles Fire Department was called for a possible Narcotics Overdose and Agitated Delirium. You can hear the screams of the subject as the police attempt to subdue him and place him on a Paramedic Gurney. It’s remarkable to see how many police responded so quickly.
