Moses Kipsiro of Uganda,just five days after winning the 5000m title,turns on the magic again to outkick the three Kenyans-Salel,Birech and Mbishei-to record a fine win and become the first athlete in over 70 years to do the Commmonwealth Games 5/10K double.(The previous person to do that was Cecil Matthews of NZ in the 1938 Games in Sydney,though then it was the 3 and 6 miles)
